Drain Doctors Inc agrees to provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to clear all condensate drains on the ground floor level (approx 71). Work will involve accessing each unit, putting down drop cloth, cutting out 3/4 inch CPVC T & P drain line, cabling out condensate drain line, re-installing CPVC drain line, add chemical to p-trap, clean-up. A spreadsheet will be completed as we go to track progress.

Drain Doctors Inc will warranty each drain from back up for a period of (1) year from the time of service. This covers against water damage from condensate as a result of stoppages. Drain Doctors cannot warranty floods as a result of the T&P valve failure that could result in water damage.
